This past weekend i blew the port engine. Was gonna upgrade to a bigger walk around grady in 2 to 3 years. Thinking of maybe upgrading now. Still trying to decide if the engine is rebuildable yet if not i have to look into repowering but if i buy 2 modern engines for the boat. To justify the cost i'd have to keep the boat 20 years. So what's a hull worth? It has a new soft top, led lighting, all new wiring, switch panels, battery switches, new live well and wash down pumps, outboard bracket was just line-xed and new cockpit seating. No soft spots in the floor and the transom is rock solid yet

I'm sure you could get 3-5k easy for the hull especially with everything you've mentioned. I paid 1000$ for my 85' 24' hull and it pretty much came with all the old teak trim/hatches, windows, and hydraulic steering/hoses, that's it. My hull happens to be structurally sound, besides the tank hatches, but the cosmetic glasswork that was done is pretty rank.

Just to give you an idea.
