Windlass on 268 Islander Year 1999

It's dead. No Power.
Does anyone know where to locate the fuse for the windlass?
I figure this is 1st step in troubleshooting the problem?
Any other suggestions on Windlass no power issues?

All the ones I have used, Lewmar, Horizon, etc., use a circuit breaker instead of a fuse. Usually mounted close together with the up/down switch. See if you have power to the hot side of the breaker, and go whichever direction that leads you. Is it possible that your breaker has always been on, and now maybe it is tripped? Mine is always off, to keep someone from hitting the up/down by accident.

The breaker is under the dash/helm. Big Giant thing.
