I recently broke the plastic locking mechanism for the wing window in the cockpit. I ordered a new one from Jacobsen's Marine in Edmonds Washington. I installed all the new parts and cannot get my window to snap back into the metal frame we're at hinges??? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!!!

if you are talking about the side vent window, that does not snap back into the frame, It is held in the frame by the plastic arm that is used to open and close the window. I also added a little silicone in the frame to hold the window with a bit more security.

Thank you, I noticed the silicone when I cleaned it up. I would think a marine-grade clear silicone will work perfectly. Thanks again for your input.
