Winterization services near Annapolis

I'm a new boat owner having purchased my Freedom 275 from Tri-State Marine this past summer. I keep the boat on my home dock lift and I'm looking in to scheduling my end of season services to include detailing/waxing, winterization, and shrink-wrapping it on my lift. I'd love to hear any recommendations for companies that can provide these services at my dock. I've checked with Tri-State who states that they can only provide these services at their locations. I could take the boat to them to have all the winterization done except for fogging the engines and then take the boat back to my dock to hire someone else for the detail and wrapping.

I'd love to hear your experiences and references for where I can schedule these services.

It's a new boat and I've never used the head on it or the raw water systems for the wash down hose or the live well. So really it was just the fresh water system that I emptied and put a couple of gallons of the pink stuff in in the reservoir followed by running the fresh water hose, galley sink, and windshield washer until it turned pink.

I'm not doing anything to the engines right now and plan to keep using the boat on nicer days between now and December. I'll winterize those probably the week after Thanksgiving followed by detailing and shrink-wrapping on the lift.

Winterizing is super easy on fresh water, drain the tank, fill with a gallon of pink RV antifreeze and run until it comes out pink. Install caps. You're done.

Id still run the same pink thru the head and raw water systems. It should take 30 mins to do all 3 systems.
