Wiring help with reverse polarity mechanical console switch

Hi - I could use some wiring help with reverse polarity switch on my Bimini 306 console switch.

I can't figure out how to wire the 6 wires of the switch. The switch is spring loaded press up or press down to make console go up / down.

Over winter I had redone wiring to address some corrosion, but I forgot to take a picture of the wiring on the back of the switch.

Any help would be appreciated.

A few questions first:
Is there a power relay that the switch connects to or did it connect directly to the actuator motor?
How many wires connect to the actuator motor, 2 or more?
Is the switch illuminated?
Does the console stop automatically when it is fully clossed or fully open ( in other words, does the actuator stop running even if you keep pressing the switch?

Can you read the switch part number?

The motor connects directly to the switch.
It is 2 wires.
No illumination on the switch
The motor will keep running if I keep my finger on the switch, so I need to be attentive to not over close it.

OK, the switch is a SPDT. Lets number the spade lugs on the back of the switch. I will call the three on the left side, lugs 1,2,3 and the three on the right side 4,5,6.
In that case, lugs 2 and 5 are the middle two lugs.
The actuator leads go to 2 and 5.
Ground goes to lug 1 with a jumper to lug 6 (1-6 connection)
Battery (12v) goes to lug 4 with a jumper to lug 3.

What we are doing is wiring so that the voltage is reversed when the switch is pressed in the opposite position. The jumpers are crossed in the above wiring.
The actuator should now work in both directions depending on which way the switch is pressed.
If it turns out that the console goes up when you thing it should go down and vise versa , reverse the two middle actuator connections on lugs 2 and 5.
If you don't understand the wiring, let me know and I will attempt to make a diagram and post it.
