I see numerous posts recommending Woody and Collinite wax but cannot find a local source for either.
Woodys web site is in Australia and Collinite does not have Internet sales.

Where are you guys buying yours?

West Marine sells Woody wax and some Collinites items. If you go with Collinites wax, go with the paste, it is a much better product than the liquid wax.

Last week I looked in my local West Marine and did not see either. I just called them and they do have both in stock. I must have been breathing gas fumes when I was in their store.

Anyway, thanks for your help.

I guess I could read about it, but it seems easier to just ask.
Is the Collinite Paste Wax a "one-step" process or is it used in conjunction with other waxes? (Ex. Maguires 3-step process.)

Also, is it a cleaner wax or a pure wax? My Gulfstream has no oxidization to remove, therefore I stay away from cleaner waxes.

I too, have not ever seen any around Indy here.

Thanks.

The paste is one step, if your hull is clean, all you have to use is the paste. I like to use the cleaner first anyway, it takes all the little marks and saltwater stains out and looks like the wax works/looks better after i use the cleaner.

I use the Collinite cleaner, followed by the Collinite wax....both in liquid form as they are easier to work with.

Yes it means two trips around the boat with the buffer, but the results are worth it....

Hello!
One of my customers (and good friend, Dave Pfau) told me to contact those looking for Collinite and Woody Wax. I am a distributor for both of these products and numerous others.
We will ship all marine products this month with FREE FREIGHT for orders of $50.00 or more. I will extend this offer through June 2011 when it is really the holiday season for boaters.
Feel free to contact me toll free 877 929 6261.
I am honest and reliable.
Best Regards,
