Yes I would like some star board work. Have done a bunch of it myself but love you photos. Cabin Doors look great in your photos. I have a 87 228 that was on land (on lift out of water) for 15 or 20 years. Cut most everything out and replaced, new electronics, hydraulics , rebuild 97 Yamaha 225 and 9.9 trolling motor, new gas tank, trim tabs.....really build a custom boat for ourselves.

Re: Would anyone be interested in having starboard work done

Great Grady Members, I was recently offered a job at a different Marina that I couldn't pass up. Unfortunately I will no longer have the shop I used for all my starboard work. Hopefully in the future I will have my own place where I can do my service work and carpentry work. Cheers!

Jason, perfect timing. I'll get those hatches out to you soon. What about that phony teak trim? You have a substitute for that?

I make the trim out of the same material. There are a few pictures at the beginning of this thread. If you want text/email me and I will send you some more recent pictures I have.

Jason does great work. He has made several pieces for both my Grady 282 and for a 17 ft Mako restoration project.
For the Grady had new toe rails made, the ends cracked on the originals at the screws. New ones look great and are as nice as original.
Will install when it gets a little warmer.

Jason,
Not sure which way is easier to reach you. I also just sent you an email. I have a 2002 Gulfstream and one of the toe rails is broken at one of the screws in the cockpit. I would like a new one made.

2000 232 with anchor windlass, previous owner caught the anchor onlooker port side of pulpit damaging edge of pulpit. I can send you some pics, interested in replacing it. Can you give me an idea of the cost of a new pulpit?
Thanks

sent a PM (conversation) to you with a bit more detail. shoot me your email and I'll send pics and a sketch. Basically a divided box with a couple of drawers in it that is sandwiched between the fiberglass base and the companion chair.
Unbolt the companion chair, mount the bottom of the box as the chair mounts today. Mount the chair to the top of the box same way as the box mounts. Re-use existing hardware and front support and duplicate the hardware for the chair to top mount.
