Thanks for everyone's input. I got to see the boat today and it is in crazy good shape, however the wife too my surprise stated that she wanted something bigger. I am leaning towards the seafarer 226 now.
Thanks. It's only taken an annual hand polish and wax to keep it looking like this. It's why I always suspect a painted fiberglass boat is painted for one of two reasons... to cover up neglect or damage. Neither one is a plus when boat shopping.
The greenwood (PT) isn't any bargain either. It may not rot as quickly or as much but if it gets wet and the boat is exposed to any cold or temp swings, you will get delamination.
