The seats on the 208 are relative 'small' especially in width. If you go bigger, two things may happen: The passage between the seats will be hard to get through and secondly, the seats may not be able to fully rotate backwards. Sp whatever you do make sure you measure the required clearances.
Todd make a set that will fit and looks pretty much like the original.
With respect to the lids which I assume are the ones on the lockers behind the seat bases, depending on year, you may be able to get them from Grady. They won't be cheap.
If old, it will be hard to find because whatever happened to yours also happened to the other boats out there of that age/ The lids can be remade ( a tad costly) and maybe depending on what is wrong, repaired. A good fiberglass shop should be able to quote the job.

I bought these after messing with smaller plastic formed seats based on size. I’ve got a tournament 19 and the seats are slightly touching when turned but Waaaay nicer to sit in. Aluminum arm rest brackets really look nice in an older Grady like mine. The look is oem.

The wise seat is 27 inches wide. The original seat is somewhere near 21 inches wide. I don't know if the Wise seat would work out. It would rduce the center passageway by 6 inches and that space is already tight. I don't think they would clear the side panels either.

I can snap some pics of mine with the seats straight and turned if you’d like. I was surprised by how much better the overall seat and ride and look was than the molded one. I did buy the molded ones and sold them with about an hours use and got my money back on Craigslist. Probably used up too many lucky charms but happy.

I would like to see pics and know if the seats can be rotated 180 degrees. Note that the original can only rotate in one direction. In other words, they can't be spun around but they can be turned one way to face backwards. I use that position a lot when fishing and I need to sit:)

With the seat glide all the way back it hits the throttle. If I want to rotate helm I slide forward. Lever under the front edge.

Hey guys
Thanks for all the replies! I actually bought the wise ladder backs and they were really nice, they just didnt fit too wide. Hard to believe there are so few choices for helm seats on a 208. I would like to find the new factory seats they are using in the new boats

Seats look nice but that doesn't look like a 208 Adventure hull. The OP said his boat was a 208 and I assumed an Adventure. The seats are a lot closer in the Adventure which is a walk around.

Tournament
Never got to the Adventure in my brain.

definitely closer together.
the arms are what makes these wide and they could be adjusted in or modified.
glad you found something.

search for Todd Jupiter Helm Seat. Close to the original seat.
Also note that since new model 208 have essentially the same helm dimensions, I would expect that whatever seat Grady uses lately for the 208 would fit older hulls

Still looking if anyone has them!!

My 2021 228 was delivered to me yesterday. The correct seats were backordered so Grady put a "temporary" set of seats for a 208 on the boat. (Better than having the boat sit in NC waiting on seats).

Edit..After speaking with Duke... I will work on setting you up with my dealer and be in touch...

I have a seat of factory seats, do you have the pedestal and slides? I bought these for my 94 adventure and they worked great although the buttons on the cushions kinda suck

hmmmm. That Wise seat looks every much like the OEM seats on my 2001 208 seats and seems to be the same width ( the critical factor for that hull and seat spacing)
