I have a pair of 2001’s with 880 hrs. Just completely serviced, all new filters, VST cleaned , injectors sent out and cleaned. Starboard runs great, but port just lost compression in Cyl 1. Looks like a hole in the cylinder from the borescope pics I took. Make me an offer , I am in VA

i have a pair of 95's 200 txrt's even compression on all cylinder's . all riggin, gauges , steering ,oil tanks, props . in south jersey

I have 1 2001 HPDI complete, good working order when removed (last season). You could couple it to the above working one and have a pair. Get the one with the blown block as a parts motor.
