Yamaha 250 four stroke issue

So internal failure within block allowing water to mixed with oil. The motor was serviced last month & the oil was fine. Will require rebuilt short block, cylinder head & oil pump to repair.
 
So this sounds like a seal was compromised. Sounds like it might have been the dreaded seal/shaft issue I had read on another post on these motors. Was not clear on what shaft that was ,but sounds like crankshaft seal. Would think it would show some oil leakage signs if that was the case though.
