I have yet to use the Yamaha "Command Link" Fuel Consumption Feature. Has anyone used it and how accurate do you find it to be?

both of mine were very accurate. the 232 ran a little high and the 330 is almost spot on. i know the older gauge had dip switches to tweak the rate, but i felt having more fuel than what the usage said was a good thing. don't know if the new ones (CL) have adjustments, but you can find out. good luck, ron

My experiences is they are always dead on accuracy! This is a real plus when having to prepay for fuel knowing how many gallons is needed up front.

A suggestion: Restart the 'gallons used' back to zero each time you fill up the fuel tank. After a few fuel-ups you'll get to see if your gauge runs a bit high or low and by how much. Then you can calibrate the gauge with that info. Its in the manual.

If my gauge says I've burned 50 gallons, it usually takes a few more to fill up, so mine is a tad optimistic.

For me - I have found it to be ~98% accurate. Twin F250's on a 330 Express and twin F225's on a 265 Express before that.
