I have a 2021 Canyon with twin Yamaha 300 and the helm master des steering. It seems as though every year the steering module (for each outboard) needs to be replaced. I believe water is getting into the module causing them to go bad (Seizes). Of course, every time they go out, the boat is down for 1-2 months for repairs. Am I the only one having these issues?

I assume you have Helm master EX with electric actuators at motors. That should be warranty issues if water gets into the electric system at the motors.
Mine are older hydraulic rams at motor ends with the electronics and hydraulic pumps (one for each motor) sitting inside the boat almost impossible to get at.
Low battery or missing ground wire have been giving me problems, not anymore when knowing what to look out for.

Yes, it is the module attached to the front of the outboards. I think it is a design flaw and unless Yamaha is forced to correct it the consumer will be stuck with a boat that can’t be used for boating. This is my second Grady White. The first one I had very little trouble with. Upgraded to a bigger version and it is in the shop as much as it is in the water. Hopefully Grady will advocate for its owners with Yamaha and make them correct it. I am working with a dealer to replace the module for the second time in 3 years. It is frustrating!

If that, don't expect much help. Yamaha did little for known defects in the past. This is what happens when your one of the kings of the OB market unfortunately. My rule with boating is never buy the first generation of anything if you can help it.

I hope you still have warranty cover for them. I had some small hydraulic line create a pinhole and it just dripped a little in the barn where boat is kept, otherwise I wouldn't have detected it. The accredited Yamaha service outfit handled it and all was taken care of Under extended warranty.
Yamaha has a retrofit kit for the earlier versions like mine and I have decided not to consider it as long as this one works even if the joystick handling leaves a lot to wish for, no replacement for a thruster at least in my case.
Just noticed that Yamaha has taken over Torqeedo the electric outboard/motor supplier in Germany I believe. Interesting to see how they handle that and I have an old Torqeedo on my Dinghy that has been in storage for years now.......... battery charged every now and then but not used after bigger boat was sold.
