I just did a DIY gauge saver, a 30 year old tach with a white back. The white back units are super easy, just a few screws without the Dremel or drill I see in instruction videos. Gauge saver was slightly more than some other places, but their site has the best info and they validated my fit on the phone. Its well worth a few extra bucks to get the right LCD.
After on left, before on the right (yes, it's on). It was borderline impossible to read before the 15 minute fix.
YAY!!!!!
