About to send mine off to be refurbished. Any pics or video of how to pull the old ones out? Lots of wires and not sure if they unplug from the back of the gauge or will I need to unplug all of these wire individually?

Did mine last spring. Individual connectors on mine.

Note tight quarters getting them all back in tight!

Can possibly see every connection but the large black hose

If I remember correctly it was taped up in a bunch but could see from the bottom looking up into the electronic area.

Looks like rubber? Speedometer connection from pressure?

So am I save to cut the tie strap and just pull it off you think?

The hose may be stuck, kind of 'glued 'to the fitting.. To loosen it, you have a few options. After removing the zip tie, use a pliers and gently rotate it back and forth to break the seal. Option two is to use a thin bent tool like a angled pick under the lip and then twist.
If you have enough slack, you can use a razor or knife to cut the hose. You can then split the end left on the gauge to get it off.

I am pretty sure that is a water pressure feed from the pitot tube for the speedo function. Note that if you remove the hose and while waiting for the gauge to be installed, should you take the boat for a spin, the tube may spray sea water.

Yup, speedo hose. Cut zip tie and with some encouragement, the hose will come off.
