Yamaha Tuning Fork Removal

Anyone how how to remove the Tuning Fork plastic emblem from the outboard cowling?

Seems like it may be bolted from behind. THere was a single nut in that area. I removed it but it still doesn't want to budge.
Thoughts?

Posting for anyone who needs this in the future..
I got them off. They are not held by any nuts. The adhesive is just different from the decals.
It takes a lot of heat and patience. I had to get them got enough that they started to melt a bit and then the adhesive let go.
Now on to more sanding, primer and paint
