Yellow water line stain - finally gone.

I can't believe how good hull cleaner works (of course need to keep it off your trailer). Not an advertisement, but want to make sure others know - literally sprayed on and let it some then sprayed off.
Anyone have bad experience with hull cleaners- thinking of using on the entire hull prior to waxing?

I buy oxalic acid on eBay and mix up a 15% solution with hot water. Use a spray bottle Waterline stains disappear almost instantly. The dust from the acid is nasty so wear a mask.

Oxalic acid is great stuff. Instant stain remover on fiberglass and stainless steel. Just don’t let drip on aluminum or galvanized steel trailer. Rinse it off with water right away if it does.

Oxalic acid is the active ingredient in many hull cleaners.

I used star brite, think I paid like 7 bucks a bottle at walmart.

Heard that toilet bowl cleaner from dollar general works as well as in and off. Going to try it this season as the fumes from that acid are just nasty

Starbright dodnt seems to have an odor, and while ir may work, I prefer to stick to products designed for boats, not toilets (if price was expensive then maybe I should reconsider but looking at a few bucks here)
