You should really have those panels sitting on the flat, hard floor while the epoxy sets up to ensure they don't develop a permanent bow.

deck covers

Hello,
I saw your post (very insightful) and was wondering if you could answer a question or two......I have the same problem-soft deck cover. After all was said and done was it worth it to DIY. I am thinking that finding the right materials is not going to be inexpensive. Also, how hard was it to remove the old core- what tools/technique etc. any recomendations? Thanks for help.

How did you get the wood out? Hammer & Chisle, router, skil saw, table saw?
