I have a 270 Islander from 2005 and am looking to replace the cushions for the helm seat which is a Pompanette seat with Grady labels on front top cushion. This seat snaps onto the base both for the top and bottom piece. Can you tell me what new cushions will run ?
I noticed you have the same boat as mine, a 2004 gulfstream with an original motor of 225. Mine was on a Gil bracket. Did you ever have any issues with the access cover leaking on your gil bracket and if so what did you do to remedy the issue?

Sorry I still have my original 225 four stroke, it runs great and my boats runs fast enough for me. I have four adults salmon fishing with plenty of tackle and no issues with speed.
Dhirsh: You were inquiring about marine policy premiums. When I first insured my Grady with Travelers 8 years ago, the premium was $324. I just received my new policy for the 2021 boating year, the premium is now $359. Bottom line: Travelers really held the line on premiums over those 8 years. I'm keeping them for this year, too. Good luck.

Thank you. I will be reaching out as I look to tighten her up. 1st stupid question, where the heck does the stern nav. light go!
I have read the manual and looked at the electricl diagram. I a not stupid ,but. I have found the light bulb part number for a stern pole light (which I do not have) . I do not find a female receptical for a pole light. I am a bit perplexed on this one.
Thank you,

one of the few things i haven't located, if you find them let me know! I get most of my stuff from Boat Outfitters, Marine Depot Direct, or Jamestown Distributors for boat stuff and Sim Yamaha or Boats.com for the motors.
steering wheel. I'd like to get it from you.

I have a Tournament 275, and the seats in the bow area are falling apart. Would like to take the backs off for an upholsterer to re-do them. How do I remove them? Also, I heard there is a Grady White surplus guy who may have the correct material for my 2010 model.

I got the steering wheel today, looks good, I'll go see if I can switch it tomorrow. If it all works out, the original will come to you. Did I miss an address?

I'm sure it will.
When the new owner @ Crows Nest realizes what did..........he's going to regret it.
He could/should have handled it differently..........he acted to hastily in my opinion, unless he's got a plan.

Has anyone replaced their Jabco manual marine toilet with an electric one? How much modification is involved
