    Seems like you'd run 250's at 65 - 70% of throttle to get that speed. From all that I've experienced and heard - that's no sweat for the Yamaha's.

    I have a 2003 as well. Check out the rub rail where the lifting straps are located, assuming the boat has been hauled out before. Carefully re-caulk top and bottom edges with clear silicone.

    It's hard to believe, but my 2003 330 Express still has original bilge pumps, float switches, washdown pump and fresh water pump - and they work great! I have spares - I know I'll need them someday?!?!

    Thanks, Great Grady Captain for explaining the difference in bilge pump amp ratings. Also, it looks like the middle 10 amp circuit breaker is for "memory" - the verbiage was worn off on my panel.

    Also, check the fuel lines. I had one line internally delaminate and would choke off fuel to one motor at higher RPM's Rare - but another possibility.

    I had a similar experience with a Marlin - turned out that a fuel hose had delaminated and choked off fuel flow at higher pressures. Unusual, but happened to me!
