My dome light has failed so I need a replacement . We have a dealer here but they are useless. I contacted Lumitec and they advised that West Marine sell them, if they don't have them they can order from Lumitec . I'm not so sure, if I ordered one from West marine it will be the correct light...

This is what I purchased. White/Red, I had it in my last boat, works great. You can buy anywhere, prices vary and change. I ran a wire down to my panel for the spreaders and put them on a spare toggle switch on the dash. https://www.lumiteclighting.com/touch-dome-led-light.html

What did you replace the original dome light fixture with? Please provide make, model # and place of purchase. My courtesy light has not worked in years, but my spreader lights work great.

I just replaced this, it works, the boot on the spreader is a bit saggy but I put in a different light and moved the spreader switch. The previous owner put in an led bulb. $40 shipped to lower 48

I had a Fisher canvas cover many years ago, before I built a boat barn. He has all the patterns for most Grady's, so probably can make one for you without doing much measuring, other than for after-market add-ons like radar dome, spotlight, etc. I think he also makes them with a light weight...

Agree with what SkunkBoat said; on my 2012 Freedom (255), there are two switches on the dome under the hardtop. One is for the dome light and the other for the spreader lights.

Aft shot. The mount I selected in 2007 hosts the 24" radome, a jabsco halogen remote controlled light facing front on the front under the dome, gps receiver and anchor/running white light. I think the manufacturer is out of business today unfortunately.

If I left mine up, it would be gone in 5 minutes due to trees. My radar barely misses most, but that is only due to me driving certain routes that have higher trees. My light pole has to be higher than the radar dome to be seen. My radar is even flush mounted!
