All of the extra trim is gone and there is still a bunch of guys looking. Easy enough to contact the supplier and get some more (well, a lot more, really).

    330 Express Batteries

For your start batts, you should really follow the engine manufacturer recommendation. I have interstate starts and duracell, all AGM for my house bank.

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

Sorry all, I've been busy with work and fishing. I've replaced 1 of the 3 pieces thus far and have everything cleaned up for the rest. Plan is to finish the project tomorrow. I'll reach out to those interested in order of interest.

Chart plotter and battery wiring question

Forget another device that can go bad and just put a dedicated house battery into the mix. I hate how Grady designed (at least the old) systems of sharing a start/house battery. I went with a BEP switch and 2 large AGM batts for my house bank (200+ aH) and dedicated start batts for each engine.

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

Gang, I have ordered the 105' roll. Shipping was $50 so the per foot cost is more like $2.50/ft. Let me know who wants a cut and how long, i'll divide and send.

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

Great! I'll try to contact them tomorrow and place the order. I suppose I could cut them up into 10' sections and sell on eBay for an outrageous sum....Nah, not my style. I'll be back in touch.

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

I made contact with Barbour, they put me in touch with Integrity Marine Corporation, their distributor. https://www.integritymarinecorp.com/product-page/f8252 It's available in the 105' coil (@$2/foot total is $210) like GW Miami says. I think I only need about 10'. I'd be happy to cut and...

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

Awesome, found it on their web site and sent an inquiry about purchasing. Did you find this to be an exact match as the profile looks to be a little different than the product on Ebay?

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

Taylor - as in the Ebay link? If not, can you be more specific?

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

Thank you! I'll search around for it from other sources but early results are not promising. How did you stretch it, with heat?

    2003 330 Vinyl Cockpit Trim

The flexible trim that hides the cap from the deck has peeled about half off and it seems to have shrunk as well. I'd like to replace and found a few related threads, but couldn't find a source for the material. I know others have done this, can anyone point me to a source?

    Washer valve

I had the same one as yours and replaced it with the 2nd one that SeaSick posted - no problem. Jeeze, $129 for that first one is outrageous!

    330 AC Pump Replacement

I've done both the pump and the hose, all very easy and straightforward. You should find either plug in connectors or more likely a butt splice from panel to the pump wire in the bilge. Very likely that pump has been replaced before. Hire an octopus to access everything if you have a...

    Shore Power tripping GFCI outlet

Update. Had the electrician out and he did some work in the box. It was not pretty whoever jury-rigged the old setup and I'll spare the details. He re-wired to code, switched existing outlet to GFCI and added a new GFCI outlet. I can now run shore power on the boat without tripping the main...

265 Express: Table for the Helm Pedestal...

We picked up a round piece of wood from THD about the same size, sealed it, cut cup holder holes, added cup holders and added a pedestal mount - the pedestal mount was probably the most expensive part.
