    Shore Power tripping GFCI outlet

I had the same problem with the old shore power plug and am confident that it's wired correctly.

    Shore Power tripping GFCI outlet

Thanks all, to clarify some questions: The boat has factory installed 30amp shore power (recently replaced plug) and I'm using a 30 amp Marinco shore power cord for the boat connection from the extension cord. On the male side of the 30amp shore power cord, I'm plugging into a Marinco 30amp to...

    Shore Power tripping GFCI outlet

2003 330 express At my empty lot (with dock/boat), I have metered electric and a line running underground to the bulkhead. At the panel, there is an outlet and that underground wire plugs into the outlet so basically I have a very long extension cord. With a GFCI outlet at the panel, with all...

Toggle switches at helm replacement (330 Express)

The switches themselves have the lights in them, don't see any way to 'add' lights. Replacing some of the switches is possible, but man that panel is wired so tight it would probably take a case of beer to finish the job!

Location of Head Compartment Exhaust Blower On 330 Express

That's my recollection as well. Be prepared to replace the vent line, it's probably all cracked and wasted (under the STBD gunwale).

Toggle switches at helm replacement (330 Express)

I did the same switch replacement on my 2003 330 but they are not wired with lights on the switches. I have it on my to-do list to figure out if I can add LED's to light when activated.

New arm rest pads from Pompanette?

I just re-did my 2003 whole seat with SEM Vinyl Kote. Look great and since it lives mostly within an enclosure, I hope it'll last a few years. Don't buy the eBay product, it's just the SEM re-badged (IMHO).

    Cam cleats

I have cam cleats on my 330, mounted under the gunwale attached to triple halyard locks. Like this setup better than bungee as it provides less bounce for the riggers.

    Toilet Question/Need Advice

Can you provide power directly to the pump? Seems strange that there is no head switch on the panel, you'd definitely want one. Big spark is obviously no bueno.

    Pl-259 connector

Probably like the OP, I thought your were also supposed to solder the ground strap through the holes? I also think his solder iron is a big difference, not sure what temp mine gets to but doubt if its 775*.

    HELM-SEAT-ARM-REST-REPAIR-RECONDITION-VINYL-PLASTIC-DYE-FOR-GRADY-WHITE

Update - just did a search and found a few threads on this exact topic on THT. Seems like the SEM product in my link above in "Sea Ray Alabaster" is a pretty close match and can be had on the SEM website for $16. You need a few other products to do the job right and I just placed the order...

    HELM-SEAT-ARM-REST-REPAIR-RECONDITION-VINYL-PLASTIC-DYE-FOR-GRADY-WHITE

Damn, they do look good. What kind of prep was involved? But the can of spray paint on ebay looks like a stock product that someone ripped the label off and put their own on it. Add $30 because the name Grady-White is on it. Maybe something like this...

    Pompanette Helm Chair Repairs...

THIS is really helpful, I was looking at that un-level area yesterday wondering what to do there, this makes perfect sense. Really appreciate the help, I'm off to the HW store for the T-nuts and bolts, have everything else I need.

    Pompanette Helm Chair Repairs...

Thanks. Got mine apart today and realized the problem looks to be the same as yours, the two plastic insert nuts (circled in Red) for the armrest are broken off so there's no way to secure the slide, armrest bracket and the seat. Is this what you repaired? Your repair description now makes...

    Need help - windlass for 2002 330

Yes, I have the 850 with 600' of rode and I think there's about 10' of chain and it holds fine. If I had 30', I'd keep it. QUOTE="jip40, post: 185545, member: 17439"] You mentioned you have to periodically free up the line through the cabin access. Could you estimate the percentage of the...

Would love to see some pics of what you did. The bolts that hold the arm rests on my 330 Pompanette seat both broke. this week and I need to overhaul the whole thing.
