Bose makes a great outdoor speaker. I thingk they are called Enviromental Speakers - They sound great and takd direct spray form nature or your hose. I had them on a previous boat - and they were flawless - a bit pricey but a very good sound and durability that could not be beat

Has anyone had to replace their microwave. Mine started beeping over the weekend and it would not run. I have not been able to locate one with the exact measurements. The heights are all about an inch too much. As I recall there was not a lot of extra room around the oven?

It is under the port seat along with the maceratory for the head. a bit awkward to get at but relatively easy. The whole tackle box just pops out after the screws are removed

I did the same - I got sick of getting covered with muck on mh clothes too. It gets worse as the season contiues because the rope to the posts gets covered with some type of algae. Unless you are going to bait and pull daily it is not too productive - I would bait Sunday then come back the next...

I would be very surprised if water from a baxkwash got in the engine. I could see if it was submerged ..sound llike a lame excuse but they are doing right by you = good luck with this one!

I had an 85 Seafarer with an HPDI on it and it ran fine - the issue you may have with the 4 stroke is too much weght - I would talk to a GW dealer before proceeding. The 200 HPDI is a remarkable engine and I know you would be happy with the perfromance , reilability and gas economy. Good Luck

Does anyone have an idea of how much a trailer cost that can handle a Sailfish. I pay about 1,500 a year for winter storage and was debating just bringing it to my back yard ?

I had the issue with the spreader and dome and it was the swithch on the dome light. I asume you have the same setup. Pretty easy fix and the swithch is readily available at your dealer The toughest part was getting the cover off the light - if i recall is is somhow though bolted. Good luck

I have a 2004 Sailfish and yesterday I was checking all the electrical systems prior to my launch next Saturday and luckily all went well. Does anyone do any maintenance to the head system. I have never done anything but winterize it ? Thanks

I think it depends on how deep a freeze you are expecting - pipes will usually not burst until the temperatures are in the low 20s for a while - Is there a way you could put an electric heater in the boat for the few days or hook your boat te electricity and run your heat if you have built in?
