    Head for 225

Yes, and a few years ago, you could order just that number. Since Dometic bought the outfit you have to order a "kit" to get those latches and that kit is a big portion of a complete unit cost. Thanks Dometic.

Hello wondering where I can find these window latches for voyager

One other thought. With a heat gun, you could warm the tongue and bend it till it has the correct offset.

    Head for 225

Joe, You probably have the Sealand 964MSD. There is a 965MSD and the only difference the 965 has a taller tank. You are limited on head room in your boat so I would guess you have the 964. Here is the parts list for both. Sealand has been bought by Dometic. Many parts are available on Amazon and...

Hello wondering where I can find these window latches for voyager

Chances are you will have to use a different latch and just figure out how to mount it so it will do the job. That one you showed may work, since you can grind down the tongue of the lever or build it up so it fits tight in the existing wall bracket. For that matter it may be easier to adjust...

    Draining the Drive bracket

Just be careful unscrewing the plastic plug on the bottom and put non-petroleum grease on the threads when it goes back on. No wrench handle. Like screwdriver tight. Use a teflon or silicon grease like you would for swimming pool gaskets. If the threads in the holes in the top inspection plate...

    Seafarer live well operation?

KB, You didn't say what type of livewell you have or where its located. I will assume it's the factory livewell plumbed under the portside rear-facing seat. If that is so, you should have a thru-hull pick-up in the aft bilge with a seacock valve mounted directly onto the thru-hull pick-up and...

2004 33 Express Cruiser Twin 2015 300 HP Yamaha VERY HARD STEERING

RockLobster, Adding a power steering pump is a good upgrade but if your boat steered OK at one time without it and has since become stiff/hard to steer, you need to solve the problem that is causing this first. Just applying more force with the steering mechanism to make up for the binding in...

    Not enough power?

Don't sweat the double post Cadeco, one or the other will fade away. When you say, you can only reach 15 mph but the engine is turning 5200rpm, is the bow pointed very high or has it climbed out of the hole and broken over into a planing attitude? Just to give you some comparison numbers, my...

    Additive to gas tank

family affair, Trapper was wanting to have a friendly discussion about fuel additives so he and others can make intelligent decisions about their boat fuel and you responded back "I've got better things to do". Then just a few posts later, #14 you did just that. You took the time to explained...

2005 Yamaha 250 4-stroke stalling at low speed

My first suspicion would be that spring maintenance that was performed. Check everything they did for proper installation. Fuel/water filter/separator tight? Check to make sure the old gasket didn't get stuck to the housing when they removed the old filter and wound up with two gaskets on the...
