Wow. For a second or 2, I thought I was on a different site. Like most folks, I guess I like the old way, only because that is what I have come to expect. But I am sure I will get use to the new. Thanks for all your time, energy and funds that go into making and keeping this great website.

At first I thought my browser had corrupted itself.
I am trying to adjust to the new format. Two things come to mind: The icons on the left of each post look like I am missing the proper character set. It is not as obvious to me what is read and unread. Maybe that's because I am a tad 'color deaf'. ( I can see colors but don't see subtle hue changes)
The second observation is that the board seems 'loud' I get the impression that the snapshots of posts are larger and that the typeface is bolder. It's kind of in your face. I almost have to back away from my screen.
It could just be me; I am not big on change:) so let's see what the other members think.
Regards,
Seasick

I see the Sailfish is no longer the home page Great Grady, however, glad to see you picked the Marlin to replace her.

Jeff,

Any chance you can shrink the header? My browser is set to 100% and I can't see the forums when I log in...have to scroll down. The "Marlin" and the logo take up over half the screen.....

Parthery,
You must be viewing the site on a small monitor. I will consider shrinking the header. Thanks for the input.

I'm guessing te red star are on threads that you posted to. Like a check mark, of threads you are active in?

Is there a way to put you screen name back over to the left? Seems out of place way over to the right. Otherwise looks great! Thanks.

After replying to a post and submitting, if you use the Back button, you get a "Web page has expired ' message. The older format just backed up to the previous page.
I need to test the insert image feature. That would be a great step forward.
