Now that I have my tank lines replaced the fuel flow monitor in place, and a new filter/water seperator installed, it is time to go filler er up.
My Q's is
What octane should I be using on an outboard 2 stroke moror?
(175 Evinrude Oceanpro)
I have heard thru other engine forums that the lower octane and higher octane makes no difference in the outboard engines. I am planning on using mid grad or plus (89) octane.
Need to know If I should save the extra 10 cents a gal and get the 87 (economy Feul) or should I go for the good stuff 93-94?
