    Express 330 Cabin Dimension

Definitely. I had my eye on an everglades (350 I think?) and when I finally set foot on one at the dock I realized I couldn't stand up in the cabin. Was a pretty immediate deal breaker for me, I was uncomfortable enough with the boat sitting steady that I couldn't imagine trying to navigate...

330s or other walkarounds with painted hulls - let's see your pics!

That's a great reminder that seaport blue is one of those colors that can look very different in sun or shade.. will send you my email addr, would love to see more photos!

330s or other walkarounds with painted hulls - let's see your pics!

Thanks guys. FSC, great looking boat - that's lighter than I want to go, but I like the finish. I assume you replaced all the thru-hulls etc when you painted?

    Express 330 Cabin Dimension

I'm 5'11 and find the cabin headroom comfortable, ( I can stand straight up without issue) but I think you'll be a bit hunched over. Also, I believe the height may have changed a tiny bit over the years as the headliner assembly got redesigned at least once. As long as you're ok with your feet...

Tips on removing batteries on 330 express 2008 and up

This reminds me never to complain about the battery access on the earlier 330s, despite the list to port they only make worse.. What do you have in the port corner behind the battery switches? I agree that a 12" shelf board or piece of plywood might make this a slightly easier job. Make sure...

    Express 330 with 300s?

I agree with everyone else, F300s are a good match for the hull. I wouldn't do F350s, but would love to ride one with 425s. On my 2002 330 with 2013 F300s, I have no issues with hole shot etc. My only disappointment (which is relative) is that I'm at relatively high rpm - 4400+ at cruise...

330s or other walkarounds with painted hulls - let's see your pics!

Thinking of putting my 2002 GW 330 in for paint next month. My topsides have faded far from the typical beige grady, but thinking about one of the modern Grady hull colors to keep it looking updated. I'd be very interested to see your GW express boats with painted hulls! I'm thinking about...

    Replacing cockpit floor drains

From your photo, I feel like I could put that same access plate about 5-6" lower and see what happens. Still not ideal but might save me cutting the floor. Of course, if I'm wrong, then I have two pie plates. I've torn open most of my 330 in the last 2 years since I bought it, and can honestly...

    Replacing cockpit floor drains

Yikes, I agree that 3" is not much to work with. I'll have to measure twice on that side. I do wonder if that hatch on your boat were lower, if there's a significant widening of the space. (although probably not) The battery shelf is not removable, but the batteries are. Once removed, I...

    Replacing cockpit floor drains

I was able to do my port side on my 330 without any cutting, remove the batteries and the battery/fuel panel (you can just fold it down onto the deck, don't need to disconnect anything, the fuel lines should have enough slack.) You can then lay through that square opening and access everything...

That stupid windshield washer valve (330)

Ok, for the second time, I walked into my cabin and discovered it was raining freshwater from above. After a year of being screwed shut, my stupid dash mounted windshield washer valve started leaking again, now I see it had a slow leak out the front but apparently also pressurized the outlet...

    Grady Pleated Vinyl

I mean, how about a comparison from someone who thinks they can see colors well? :) My boat is a 2002 - I have no idea what is on there now, but what is on the cockpit seats vs the bolsters is clearly different material. I don't know how "original" either one is, but I figure if all the...

    Grady Pleated Vinyl

Well, I'm fishing with my bolsters for another season, but I'm still trying to sort this out.. In addition to seaquest as above, another poster on here insists the oem grady vinyl is Voyager Soft Sand by Nautolex SKU #513784. Anyone taken the cushions from a mid-2000s grady and done a direct...

    330 express amp

Sorry, to be clear, I was replying to the OP who was questioning the location of his amplifier - I suspect he doesn't have one. Also, if it was factory installed equipment, the wiring diagrams provided by Grady are pretty comprehensive and detail out components and locations well. And the...

    330 express amp

Not to make a dumb comment, but are you sure you have an amp? If you look at the back of your main fusion unit, you either have speaker wire connections coming out of it, or RCA wire connections coming out of it... If there are RCA cables you can track them to the amp, if it's the factory...

    330 express access panels

IMO the caps are silly, but you can pull them off with a pair of pliers easy enough without real damage. Anything in the 330 that could be an access panel, is. Even if it is a tackle box or refrigerator, there's something behind it and that was the way to get to it. Don't waste your time...

330 Cabin door vents... How were these supposed to work?

Thanks guys, I hadn't actually considered that this may have been a previous owner modification - sounds like no harm in ripping this stuff out!

    330 Express scuppers

No worries, I follow you 100%. I strategically didn't silicone in the inner fitting so I could try this again. If I could have found my heat gun in the half hour I dug through my tools this am I would have given it a shot. Previous comments in other threads about removing the plastic fittings...

    330 Express scuppers

Well, I've got one hose sitting on my patio now so I can at least give this a shot with the heat gun and see how it goes first. My hoses were in pretty rough shape on the battery side, and to be honest, given the fight I was having trying to work in front of the battery area - it was...

    330 Express scuppers

Ok I'm not getting anywhere fast with this project on my 2002 330. I'm 6 hours in and have lost at least 10 lbs sweating it out and a pint of blood. I've got a generator and diesel tank that I can basically lay on top of, but I definitely can't "get in" the bilge. I can reach about halfway...
