On the West Coast picked up a boat on the East Coast and trailered it back!
Hard to beat $900 for rem hard to beat $900 for removal of bottom paint and polish it out, got me thinking I should schedule to have them do mine when fishing is over .

This one does not make a hole . You use a rivet gun to install . So the arbor of the river makes the hole or slides into existing hole.

I agree with seasick the rivnut flange will interfere with the sending unit gasket. need a blind face insert.
