Great info everyone, I ordered a small sun shade and 2 adjustable tarps poles to fit into the angled rod holders. Should work nicely. When I get all the stuff this weekend, I'll figure out how to attach it to the existing bimini. I wont be running with this, only for hanging out at the dock.

Look at the latches on the plexi glass, they have little holes in them. That is the lock. Nee a small key. I can get a photo tomorrow.

I found a small key that came with the boat, it locks the cabin locks. I'm all set. Thanks. I put the tools, tape, ties etc under the helm seat. I'll check out Blackfin too.
