Just went through this with my pump out valve. Did the exact same thing and ended up just replacing the valve. Put a wrench on thru hull nut and then on on valve and see if you can unscrew valve. If thru hull is in good condition and doesn’t move, you’re probably good just replacing valve...

I called GW and they sent me one at n/c - 06 330 Express.

This is what corrosion looks like on the powerhead. I was able to have it TIG welded and replaced midsection and oil pump and running great as it always has. Unfortunately you don’t know until you pull the powerhead. Before and after pictures attached.

If you ran the discharge while the valve was closed, you could have reversed the duckbill. I just went through this on my 330. The duckbill was sucked backwards and prevented any pump out while at sea. Replaced it and now works fine. Also May want to check the bellow in case it’s cracked.

Should be. Easy to check. Small screw thru stainless circle on bottom of bolster. I don’t think I had to widen it but i did above the helm.

Did it myself. Pulled back fabric removed zillion staples and cut board and re-stapled. Not hard to do! There is a access place behind which I removed and used hole for speakers. Don’t think I had to enlarge it. Did use some gellcoat to clean up screw holes.

Yeah I saw that. Just figured I reiterate it in case someone else needs similar help. It’s the resealing part (when needed) that gets overlooked and causes issues down the road.

Anytime I drill a hole in the boat, I make it a tiny bit larger and then fill with epoxy and the after it cures come back and drill the hole I wanted down the middle. Help keeps the moisture out!

Can they do the raised 330 Express hull logo that is midship? I’ve been trying to find someone who can do those raised (like original) and not basic flat lettering.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer was or where to get replacement lights? I had port side go out and would like to replace both sides. I like the same warm white color. IMTRA -www.imtra.com has (ILMDL-WW-12LED) 3/8" LED Rope Lighting, 12V Warm White. Looks like it could be same.

You could order a new piece from Fin-addict marine in NC. They are the ones who made it probably. I have to order a new one from my 330 express.

I have a 2005 and 2006 F250s TXR. What cable to you connect to the engine and then assume you connect into the NEMA2000 network for my gatmin7612xsv?

No handle and part bolt attaches to are sheared off. May just replace with what I have for now.

I broke the actual bolt and what it attaches to so can’t open. Need to replace ball valve. May just replace that valve but not sure what’s gonna happen when I try and unscrew it. Wish it was as easy as replacing the handle.
