Those 140 suzukis are ideal for my boat because they are narrow and I have to mount them close. The only problem, they are like hens teeth.
That Gremlin remark pretty well puts a nail in that coffin!:D
I have a pair of 1988 Mercury 135 Black Max 2 strokes on my boat. They are original to the boat and run fine....except....fussy to start cold...smoke like crazy when they do till they warm then run clean/no smoke(kinda)....noisy....thirsty(12 carburetors)....that early oil injection system was...
Get your house feed off of your start battery. You only start one motor at a time so put both start cables on the start battery and the house feed coming off the house bank with no starting duty unless a problem arises, and you need to combine them. An ACR is your friend here.

Make sure your charging system is going to play nice with the newer maintenance free and AGM batteries that are being touted by all the manufacturers. My outboards have an updated ignition/charging system with components by CDI Electronics. Here is a page from the troubleshooting manual that...
I don't have a boat of your model but I have had a couple of boats with Yami 150 4s. If you run heavy a lot, I would guess you will be down around a 15 inch pitch. Depending on the hull efficiency and the total weight maybe 17P. Thats strictly a wild guess and I'm on my second beer, so....
I guess those marketing boys have been feeding us a bunch of bull and charging extra for an inferior product. That crude comparison test could use some improvement but, on the surface, it appears the RV marine paper was inferior to the Charmin.
