Well I think I got it, ground was crossed at the wash down switch. Moved it to the main ground. Appears that was the issue.

I had a Grady 22' Seafarer with a high output Yamaha 9.9 kicker on it and found it worked well when I needed it (which was twice, but that is another story or two).

Look up under the gunnel on the shore power connection side, there is a on off switch within 12 inches, make sure it is in the on position!

Concur. It is all part of the fun of owning a Grady. Having the boat behind the house has been a real blessing. As they say, "the Captain's work is never done" although my wife tells me I'm done sometimes when I could do just 1 or 2 more little jobs. Think she gets jealous? Nah!
