    2005 MARLIN WIPER BLADE REFILL?

They come long you will have to cut it down. The ones on my Marlin are different lengths on the Port and Starboard blades. But they are longer than you will need, so use wire cutters or bend and snap at the joints.

Grady white Air Conditioning water pump

I had to replace the water pump on my Sailfish and just last year on my Marlin. They both used the same water pump. I found it on line and shipped to me for $101.83. I found it at Drillspot on line. It was a Dayton Submersible pump model # 1P805A.

    Port Window leaking

Guys, I have a 2007 Marlin 300 and noted that my port window above the sink/stove area is leaking. Anyone tackled re-sealing a window? Any tips? When I asked Grady White they said a clear sealant, but recommended a dealer do it. I do not have a reputable dealer any where nearby. Any advice...

    Sea Star Hydraulic Steering

Same thing happened to me after I had a rather poor auto pilot installation and there was air in the system. I would bleed it again. It took three separate complete bleeds to get the trapped air out. Good luck.

Why not add a hatch? I had to add one to my Marlin. I was killing myself changing the fuel water separators so I added a hatch. Since I have not broken the code on how to post pictures, send me your email address and I can email the photos to you. My email is: g0tagrip@bellsouth.net The 0 is...

    98 272 steering issues/trim/tilt issues

I had a similar problem with my Sailfish back in 2006. Had to have the steering system bleed several times to get the air out. The tilt trim problem ended up costing me 2200 dollars to replace the trim motor. Before you panic at the thought of having to replace it, did you check the hydraulic...

Price check please: 2005 Grady Marlin 300

It sure sounds like the boat I looked at 6+ years ago. Where is it? The 2005 I looked at was in Panama City Beach. I had my Yamaha tech look at the engines and electronics. He said both lower units needed to be replaced. I had a hull guy look at the bottom and he said it needed to be...

    Ethanol 95 Phase Separation

I think what you will find out is that opinions are like _______ everyone has one. Here is my two cents worth. Yamaha says to change fuel water separators every 50 hours. I would also change out both engine mounted fuel filters at least every 200 hours, but check them every 100 hours, if...

    Taco GS-270 Outriggers

The Lee's are easily modified to pivot so they lay down when going under bridges. All I had to do was replace the bottom bolt with stainless steel pins, add a bungee to hold the outriggers against the hardtop tubing, and add a bracket to the front of the hard top on each side up front to pin...

    Fuel Lines

I have a 2007 Marlin with twin 250s and I replaced all of mine in November, including the primer bulbs, but the reason I changed them is I found some sun damage to one of the fuel lines, plus I was headed on a 7 week cruise to the keys and did not want any issues. I asked my Yamaha mechanic...

    Ethanol gets another one

Water was not his problem, the ethanol ate his fuel lines up. Possible solution for the California crowd, move to Florida?.....just kidding, keep on top of the ethanol and don't let it set too long.

    Ethanol gets another one

Gentlemen: Most of you are already aware of the problems presented by using fuel with ethanol in it. I spent all day yesterday helping out a buddy who should have known better than to put ethanol fuel in his boat. We had to replace all his filters, fuel lines, take out his carburetors and...
