About vent blockage, my boat vents the tanks right in the fill cap and when I’m filling up, I can hear them venting so I don’t think that’s the issue. I would expect a blocked vent would also cause more frequent and/or consistent problems...?

Good suggestion, but when I replaced the bulbs ~2 years ago, I also replaced the fuel lines from the F/W separators and added a little more hose so the bulbs are vertical - still that way today.

Checked for alarms again today, nothing logged when these events happened.

No IAC valve on the 300s, it adjusts itself through a throttle Actuator / Throttle position sensor.

Update, still not resolved. Both engines, same tank. Filled the main tank (different Marina) and switched to that tank. Next day, same problem but happened repeatedly for about 5minutes. Following trip, not a single issue over an 8hr day. managed to check the bulbs after a stall, both were...

They must have slightly remodeled, on my 2003 the HWH is more forward but in the same general area. I would assume the access panel is in the same location.

Check with ChargerGuy on THT, he sells refurb units. Mine came from him and was a great price, very reliable (have 5+ years on it now).

Aren't many other places where it could be if not in the helm area. MAYBE in the port side behind the hatch in the mid berth? Starboard side is full with the head equipment. Do you have hot water?

Don't bother looking for direct replacements, I did ton of research, they're history. I looked at the Blue Seas option, but it's pricey. I just finished replacing both of mine on the 330, really works great. Finally cleaned up up all of the old wires too. I put these behind the panel glass...

I have a ProNautic 50 amp charger with 3 banks. Does a great job maintaining my batts.

I had a local guy do mine last spring, $3,700 with 40 gauge clear vinyl. He's a friend, not sure if I got the friend discount.

On my 2003, the water heater is Starboard side in the helm area, there's an access panel between the seats (The middle seat lifts up).

Kudos to the original pump that lasted ~18 years! I don't know how much it was used, but that is still great longevity! I installed the Shurflo 4148-153-E785 Aqua King II Premium 4.0 pump but kept the accumulator tank in-line. You mention it's not needed, will keeping it in-line damage or...

Replaced the pump (and added a strainer) today, after getting my fittings right, the pump primed perfectly. Even better, the new pump is much quieter than the old. Ran the tank down and it held prime at each stop point. I'm back to 100% - thanks all for the help!

Looks like a big improvement, will be interesting to see how the usefulness of the QR interface is.

Sometimes:( I've had situations where there is an active alarm and I check the gauges, nothing is available. It may require turning the key off because later when I checked, the alarm was registered.

It’s so intermittent, this would be difficult.
