I ended up getting my boat pulled for the season, but was surprised to learn that the entire bottom of my bracket was loaded with barnacles. Both my hull and bracket were painted prior to the start of the season, but only the bottom of the bracket had barnacles nothing on the sides or hull...

I’ll double check the part number as I wanted to use the screw in. However, I thought the profile design was the same except one is screw in while the other is pop out. Are the screw ins thicker and not recessed like the pop ins???

I’m looking to replace the deck hatches on my tanks as they have seen better days. I’ve already tried resealing them but the screws don’t quite grab anymore and I can’t get the lid snug. So I decided to replace and was thinking about filling the current holes with marine Tex and drilling new...

Try slightly towards you as well. Mine are on slight angles so maybe pulling directly up won’t dislodge it

What year? Mine just pulls straight up. Maybe it’s designed differently but I take mine off after every use...

Do any of the marine town hinges have detent point so the panel can stay locked either 80, 115, etc?

Do you have any pics of the transom fixes that are failing? Also, what are you having done to the bait well lid... Fixing the filet board or the entire lid? My lid aged a lot this season and is bothering me but have too many other things to address this off-season.

Agree with the above but I think some of the newer combos have radar. For example, the GO7 XSE has no radar capabilities but the GO7 XSR does have radar capabilities. However, I thought I could have two combos and share the transducer but you can’t . They don’t really talk to each other...

Agree with the above advice, but I think it depends on how old the original pump is. So just be prepared in advance... I bought the same exact pump but the bases were slightly different. They looked identical but the clips on strainer were in slightly different positions. I plan to follow...

Deck is your typical non-skid with the diamond pattern. It’s in good shape minus a spot or two that have a little silicone that I need to remove. Does shine up nicely with starbrite deck wax. I’ll gladly stop scrubbing :)

I thought it was just aged as it’s a slightly different color. Just looks dirty to be honest with almost a grayish tint to it. Now I am curious how much of my boat has this. Assuming all under the rails, but I don’t think the top of the stern does. Is this something that could easy come...
