Rigging tube length for 330 Express

You definitely don't need to go longer. If anything, probably a bit shorter to lessen that hard bend where the tube first comes out of the engine. Personally, I'm done with using that plastic tube. TH-Marine makes a really nice, fabric tube with a zipper... Soooooooo much better/easier!

Help with installing a Table base in my Freedom 255 (2015)

Hmmm. I've seen and installed a lot of table bases over the years at the shop... but I've never seen one like that. I don't even understand how a table pole can connect to that.

    Chase hull sides have wood?!

I do not know. But if I was asking this question I'd want to know definitively. Call Grady - you'll have your answer in just a couple minutes.

Converting 12v fridge to dual 120v/12v

I think the problem is that it's a cheapie relay and not designed for constant duty. I'd have to do some homework and digging and spend some time researching to give you a suggestion, but look for a continuous duty relay (and a better brand) and I think you'll be happier.

    Repowering

Are you sure they're heavier? What's the weight of your engines? I think the Merc's are under 500lb, aren't they? Are you guessing on that? Check out the specs - then you know for sure. Assuming that's the case, there's obviously no concerns there. And even if they were a littel heavier...

outdoor carpet as poor man's seadeck?

Decadence is nice. It will, of course, trap a lot of guts and glory - but it won't slip in the way I mentioned above. Actually, some high end ski boats come with it instead of snap-in carpet. A buddy of mine has it - it's very secure feeling and feel good under foot. I know you have some...

outdoor carpet as poor man's seadeck?

I like the thought process :) I have a "feelilng" that when water gets underneath it - which it will - that it will "float" a tiny bit and likely cause a fall. Maybe the compression of someone's foot will counter that in most cases - but my gut tells me it's a possibility and you certainly...

    Owners Manual

You should stick with the manual you have, rather than looking for a newer one that may not apply to your model year. I'm not sure what you mean by "another" manual. Why/how would there be another one? I just tried - I tried a 2012 as an example - their site allowed me to download a manual...

    Hard steering

What kind of fluid was currently in there? When you bled it, was it a dark or red color? Was it nice and easy after you bled it last year? Can you describe how you bled it? From your first post, it didn't appear that you know the proper procedure. Having air in the system doesn't...

    Hard steering

You won't get the air bubbles out just be doing that. You have to bleed the system properly at the bleed valves. But... what kind of fluid is in there, now? ATF? What kind of fluid did you add? SeaStar? Remove all of the old stuff and then flush/bleed the system with the proper fluid...

Fuel supply line sizes for 1995 Tournament 192 with Yamaha 175?

You'll be fine with the 3/8" as 5/16" and 3/8" are interchangeable. They're close enough as makes no difference. Even most primer bulbs specifically say: works with 5/16" or 3/8"

    Kicker on 180 Sportsman

SeaTow is a good idea. You could always mount an adjustable OB mount to the transom OB mount thing you just bought. That would hold the kicker higher and then you would lower it into the water when needed. Actually, you probably ONLY need the adjustable mount.

Rotten core in swim deck----need suggestions

If you have an oscillating tool, that will make quick work of removing any of the wood that is still sticking to one side or the other of the glass. If you don't have one of those tools... now you have a "legitimate" reason to buy a new tool! :) EDIT: Just noticed in your pic that you already...

Guest charger not for use while pulling a draw??

That's interesting. I never would have thought that, either. It's very interesting that they recommended another brand, too! :) I have tons of experience with the ProNautic series of chargers as, in addition to personal experience, one of the boat lines at our shop uses them. They are great...

Rotten core in swim deck----need suggestions

I think it's your call on whether or not you want to replace the good stuff. I mean, if it's good it's good, you know? That said, it's really not that much more trouble to replace it all. You don't necessarily need to cut tiny little blocks. You can use just a couple pieces of plywood...

    Head for 225

To double check, pull it out and check the tag. What's wrong? Those things are usually pretty indestructible... unless you'e been rough with it :)
