Take your existing cushions to a fabricator.....he can make thicker ones for you to the exact size you need.....I ran a 1986 Offshore for years....I wouldn't want to be wrestling one piece in and out of that cabin.

I had to template mine and have it fabricated.

I changed the panel when the time came on my Offshore.

On another Grady I owned the fuel fill hose that led from the filler cap on the gunwale down to my main tank dried up and split. It was weeks before I realized that was where the smell was coming from whenever I filled up......20 or 30 bucks and an hour or two and I was good as new.

Clean out your fuel tanks? You can surely do that yourself with a minimum of equipment, I would think? I used to have a pump that attached to a drill. One hose in and one hose out. The impeller housing was all rubber/plastic and the fuel never passed anywhere near the power source. It worked for...

Thanks......those are really stand-up tuna rods. We will troll a little with them and drift baits for tuna and shark.

I have a 1982 24 Offshore....the customer service rep told me that the 4 tube model is what fits my hardtop. That would work for me as I have already mounted 4 SS holders on my bowrails as far back as I could and 4 others on the uprights to my hardtop.
