    '94 Adventure fuel tank capacity

Interesting but the brochure does not list the capacity, neither does the owners manual. I did find a spec in liters of 373 which equates to 98 gallons. My 2001 has an 82 gallon tank and it is poly, not aluminum.

    Navigation lights

Are you sure it has red and green bulbs as opposed to white bulbs and colored lenses? Regardless, as Dennis stated, look for a screw on the top or side of the housing.

Wanted, Trailer for GW 330 express.

Big boat and big trailer. Do you have a vehicle rated sufficiently to haul? As you may have noticed, used trailers in that size are hard to find. In the last two years, I saw a nice triple axle in very good shape sell for 6K and it sold in a flash. I also bought a aluminum tri axle with two...

    keeping mold away!

I have had pretty good results using containers of Damp Rid. It probably will take more than one for the winter depending on the humidity. You also need to check and drain as needed in addition to replacing so access is needed. For shrink wrap that means a zipper door. ( while we are talking...

A question about washing the fuel tank on a 2020 228

I don't know how long you have had your boat but if it older and you haven't flushed the tank in several to many years, , flushing it now isn't going to make a lot of difference.

Anyone here install an Atlantic Tower-in a-Box on a 180 Sportsman?

That looks a lot sturdier than the hinge approach. As to actual attachment, I would feel a lot better with bolt through and backer plates or 'fender' washers as opposed to screws and adhesive. ( Of course adhesive could be used with bolt through but a sealant would be a better method in case the...

A question about washing the fuel tank on a 2020 228

The first pipe is most likely a drain from the forward bilge to the aft bilge. That is needed since the coffin for the gas tank is supposed to be sealed. I doubt that the pipe is metal though.

Anyone here install an Atlantic Tower-in a-Box on a 180 Sportsman?

Don't the uprights have a hinge point where they meet the deck flange?

Anyone here install an Atlantic Tower-in a-Box on a 180 Sportsman?

I don't think that the stress is greatest when trailering. When in rough seas while holding onto the frame for support will probably put a lot more force on the structure. In cases when there is added weight in the actual top or extra hardware added, there is a higher stress issue when the hull...

1986 GW Tournament 19 Wet Transom

The problem with pouring a resin into the void is twofold: It is very difficult to get all the rotten material out, adequately prep the insides of the inner and outer shell especially at the lowest section and where the transom meets the hull sides. The second problem is pouring the compound...

    Windshield wiper performance

Were the wipers newish? Do you use any coatings on the glass? Finally, if you boat in salt water, do you rinse the windshield after every outing?

    Battery Question 2008 330 Express

It's not as simple as replacing old batteries with lithium. Lithium battery banks should have a smart battery management system. The alternator on the engines will not be suitable to charge the batteries and will require a DC to DC converter. The newer lithium iron batteries are not as prone to...
