I doubt its the valve unless its dirty or clogged. Next time out run the port side motor off the aft aux tank. See if it happens again. I have seen fuel hoses separate fro the outer jacket and collapse under vacuum closing off flow. If that's the case change all the fuel lines back to the valve.

SALTYONE - Simplify the solutions. Test 1/2/both switches for both engines in all positions. Make sure all battery lugs are tight. Turn charger and batter switch to off and report battery voltages (12.8 VDC is right with charges off.). If it's that solid a problem it easy to diagnose.

Come to think of it mine fills from the side too and is not reachable. There is a drain in the bottom I plug for livewell use and a drain up top for overflow. No tube.
