obviously what's done is done. did the shop also reinforce the stringer system? that's a lot of weight and torque on the transom and it's leveraged as a result of the bracket. i would keep a close eye on all the interior joints to make sure nothing evolves. good luck with it. ron

are you running avgas? best we would get is about 93 octane with e10. i'm no tech, but could the high octane be causing the engines to reduce performance? they clearly state that you will not get the same performance if you use less than 89 octane; maybe the 98 octane is having an impact on...

rpm not too bad, i find it hard to hit exactly what they turn in testing. but the speed is pretty far off. are you sure the bottom is clean? just thought of something; you are running 89 octane?

something sounds off. the performance numbers published by gw and yamaha are pretty close to achievable in real world; in my experience. my 330 will turn 45 mph with 4 blade props, and it's a lot heavier than you. you do need to measure in calm seas; no significant current, wind or chop...

definitely check, but first check the pump. the new electronic pump sensors cycle the pump regularly. it only stays on if if senses water. is it expelling water? if so, there is a leak somewhere. good luck, ron

if "PFD" isn't in your vocabulary, i certainly doubt that "maintenance" is.

make sure the grooves on the plate and deck ring are clean. you want a tight fit there. i actually put silicone grease on the o-ring (carefully or you'll pull it apart) and press the plate in. been working for me for a long time. good luck, ron
