Finally got it home

Naked transom. Now let the cleaning and buffing begin.

Took the TV out planning to make a cabinet for appliances.

Looks like fun times are happening! Great time to change the aluminum gang plate, looking a little corroded. Check and reseal the transom top before the new plate. Just my 2 bits!
 
Yes everything getting cleaned up sanded buffed 5200 around all the seams and under the angle plate. Putting a new stainless steel piece. I pulled the rub rail up the sides gonna clean and reseal there also.
 
These pictures are awesome. I never realized there were access "plates" behind the vinyl bolsters -- do they just unscrew? Anything interesting behind them? Please do keep posting pictures, especially of where all the systems are located behind the many panels!

By the way, not sure what you're planning to do with the dash, but I ended up doing mine with a 1/4 Acrylic panel screwed over the original fiberglass. Here's what it looks like and I've got a link to the CAD file. I had mine laser cut at International Marine in FL, but lots of of people can do it.

Very nice I just dropped the template I made off at boat outfitters this morning.
Man ive got this thing all tore apart right now running wires and derriging stuff. I’ll post some more pics soon.
