Took my boat out yesterday to Donner Lake in CA. Splashed it using my new expensive fancy dancy trailer. Happiest day in my life, easy to launch, load, and tow. Better yet, no hull damage and I don't believe it will going forward. If it's any consolation Russ, I got skunked fishing :mad...

Here's where I ended up installing mine. Happy with the placement on my 228, and had to excavate a bit of foam under the gunwale for the install.

Salty_Red, As you said, appears very well cared for. Nice it has a hard top and newish trailer. My guess is you don't have any issues to worry about, but I highly suggest a certified surveyor goes over it before you purchase, and look at the engine too. Good luck going forward, and cash is...

Drifter, I have a bimini top and sides, I trailer it going 65mph for years now, no issues. I would think your hardtop and curtains would handle more if needed.
