    Few questions from new member.

I believe Grady White will tell you they switched to Greenwood XL no rot for all structural members, including the transom in all models in 1998. Let us know if they confirm that.

    Lift Capacity for 330 Express?

I have a 20K lift for my 330. I opted for a little more capacity, maybe some day I'll get a 360. Price didn't seem to be that much more. But, the heavier lifts tend to be slower.

Bimini cover 94 tournament 192 screw??

I have found that I use one of these a lot. Saves trial and error. Has male and female gauges and then all you need to decide is head shape/type and length. Get metric and SAE. Definitely use stainless...

Replacing failed Guest Charge Pro 2722-B on-board battery charger

My pro mariner has a ground for each battery. It does not use a common ground. I believe it’s the tournaments version.

Replacing failed Guest Charge Pro 2722-B on-board battery charger

I also have difficulty fully understanding the concept as well. Each charge lead has a separate ground to the negative terminal on the battery itself. A total of eight leads. My thought is if you treat the battery as a load on the charger it will have resistance, some degree of capacitance and...

Replacing failed Guest Charge Pro 2722-B on-board battery charger

I discussed this with the "design engineers" at Promariner when I replaced mine. As I said before. they recommended a charge lead for each battery. The smart chargers are apparently able to differentiate between a single battery and two in parallel. I was told by them that you will get...

    NMEA Wiring

The Garmin link I listed seems to work, the ICOM link that was provided does not work for me either.

    NMEA Wiring

NMEA 183 connects to the 742xs via the power cable. See the install manual. As seasick mentioned NMEA2K is completely different. https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/GUID-7AA5B76A-FA51-4893-BD66-64487F22275B/EN-US/GUID-9E236A3C-EE9F-4D3B-8412-EC0CD98FFD6C.html

    Air Conditioner 2005 Marlin 300

If it is like my 2007 330 AC there are built in diagnostics thru the contoller. I'd run those test/codes before simply replacing it. You'll need the manual!

Replacing failed Guest Charge Pro 2722-B on-board battery charger

Charger connects directly to the batteries. Switches don’t matter.

    No top end power

I thought you said the engine filter with water warning was replaced previously? My money is still on the LP or VST filter, but you said they were "cleaned." A VST filter cannot be cleaned adequately in my opinion. Good Luck!

Replacing failed Guest Charge Pro 2722-B on-board battery charger

I did exactly what you are planning, except I had two banks of two batteries, 4 batteries total. Highly recommend you go through the 30 amp shore power remember that’s 30 amp at 115 V not 30 A at 12 V. A 30 amp charger only requires about 5 A at 115 V for the starting power of the battery...

    No top end power

If you are sure the fine filter inside the VST has been cleaned and the fuel pressure at the rail is good, then also look at the TPS voltage with YDIS ($59 on ebay). The TPS is a variable rheostat that tells the computer how to fire the injectors. I had a similar problem with my F150, but at...

    Sea Star Steering Troubleshooting

Did you locate and inspect the autopilot pump? Use the autopilot to run the engines left and right to get any air down to the cylinders while bleeding the system. If you are losing fluid that should be your primary goal to find the leak. Bleeding a leaking system is a very short term fix.

    Sailfish 272 Head issues

If it is a vacu-flush type head, it is a lot more complicated than just a control. There are much more likely issues such as the vacuum pump and duckbill valves. The electronics are pretty reliable.

    No top end power

Make sure they replaced the VST filters and didn't simply drain/clean the VST. Those filters cannot be easily cleaned, they need to be replaced. VST filter problems are pretty common after about 10-15 years, regardless of fuel quality.

    Gas Tank Issue

There are 4 filters in each engine system. (Water separator, engine paper filter, LP in line filter, and HP VST filter) I'd start by replacing them all since the LP and VST/HP filters can cause symptoms similar to what you are experiencing. The fact that they run OK on the Aux, your say tanks...

    Anchor for 335 Freedom

It depends on the windlass. Look up the specs for your windlass on line. I seem to remember mine is 5/8, but better to be sure.

    Anchor for 335 Freedom

On my 330 express I use the 22lb delta (not SS) and 30 feet of SS chain with 300 feet of 8-plait rode all sized for the Lewmar 1000 windlass. What came new is a function of the dealer prep and may not be "standard" from GW. I have used the 35lb delta, but found it to be overkill for what we do...

    tilt trim indicator

Not sure what engines you have? My F250s require a long phillips head screw driver to remove the sender easily. Mine stick occasionally if I don't keep them lubed regularly. I use silicon spray. I've had to change one in 1000 hours.
