    Seafarer Battery and Seacock Questions

You can find the manuals on line. Also, don’t assume the battery is bad. Pull it and have it tested. Your wiring may not be correct either. Now is the time to go over the whole system. The SRM24 batteries are correct. You should have dual battery switch. Be sure NOT to run the boat on ALL...

    228 Seat Upgrade

I have the ladder back Pompanettes with the armrests. It makes the opening too narrow. I removed them today to give me room. They are a 360 swivel though.

    2001 226 trim tabs

So.... I’ve ruled out leaks in the system ( inside the boat) As it is a closed system. I’ve not ruled out leaks in the Rams, but the system appears to be full. I’ve not tested while the motor is running in the slip. You guys have been a big help so far.

I discovered that my trim tabs are not working. 1st questions ... are they electric or hydraulic? I can’t locate a reservoir. 2nd. Where the heck is the pump or solenoid located? I can clearly hear it, but can’t locate it. Can hear the motor run , but no action on the tabs.

    Anyone with some help.

Glazierbaze, thanks for responding. No, I haven’t done anything. The end of the track is sooo tight and close to the frame that I didn’t want to try to jam it in. Hence the post asking for guidnace.

    Anyone with some help.

Today I went to the boat to put the curtains down after being rolled up for the summer. Well.... bad news, the rear curtain on the starboard side has partially pulled from the channel at the top where it meets the hard top. I tried putting the curtain back into the channel with no luck. It’s...
