1997 Tournament 192 listing more and more to starboard

My 190 had a starboard list at rest when I purchased 10 years ago. During hot dry summer spells I noticed a black mold and moisture under the gas tank pie holes. The last three years it has been wintered in indoor heated industrial space with hatches open and a small fan pushing air thru the...

That sux, never had an issue with water in the gas yet but that could be a concern for others.

Does a 20 ft Overnighter have a fuel shutoff and gas tank drain?

Although mine is stored indoors heated lately, in the past I filled the boat tank then pumped most out in the spring into my everyday drivers with a 12vdc fuel pump. It gave me the best of both worlds of a full tank for winter and a fresh refill in the spring. Plus and added benefit of having...

    192 Tournament - 1994

My 1992 depth is 9.50”. The original sender was 9”, I replaced it with an 8”. (The generics offered to me at the time was 8” vs 10”)

    Fuel sender replacement issue

I can’t seem to find a link but someone sells a repair kit for this problem. It consisted of a larger (8” x 8” ?) alum plate pre drilled for the original sender and gasket, then the outside of the repair plate gets screwed and sealed to the alum tank.

While cleaning fish we helped our buddy boat to lure in sharks. They hooked up to 2 sharks, one 11-12’ long.

The adventures of the Willy-Sea got a chance to fish with a buddy boat (Rickski’s Dreamcatcher) somewhere out in the big blue yonder east of here. In Capt Rickski style his crew picked up their limit of haddeeks way before our crew and was able to do some BFT and shark fishing to complete...

    Launched and running smooth

Regarding the old fuel issue ......I have a 12vdc fuel pump rigged up with a 10’ cord, switch, alligator clips and 10’ fuel line (3/8 hose). It works great to shuffle fuel into your everyday driver car/truck to refill with fresh stuff on the boat. The high performance pump is best cuz a regular...

    Main fuel tank problem

A buddy of mine had bulb go flatter than flat when at 3/4 to full throttle and stall, after changing fuel lines and removing the anti-siphon valve the problem still existed. He ended up finding a chunk of screen material that was jammed inside the pick up tube going into tank from the tank...
