Keep looking! I'm in California and I shopped for over a year (mostly on the east coast) before buying my 228 from the second owner in North Carolina. I found it on craigslist it's a 1999 with a 2012 trailer. I made an offer over the phone contingent on a satisfactory survey. My surveyor water...
Well they came today, first off I guess I read the add wrong? I thought it was a lot of 3 for $99, my mistake. So first impression I like them, very sharp and clear, the true test will be on the water. I'm not sure I would have paid $99 for one?
Can it! Jalapeno tuna caned in pint jars will last years and people love getting it as gifts. I canned a 170 lb. tuna 3 years ago, nothing left all gone.
I could never net a fish off of my stern with with the swim step and outboard we always bring them up to the side. I think they have a minimum size net requirement for salmon here in Ca. You might want to check because 22" is small.
My experience with you ship is bids are very reasonable, the beauty of it is you just keep getting bids until you like what you read. Not sure what you mean by due diligence? But it was a breeze, you want to put in your requirements, for instance I wanted a text or call at the end of every day...
Well I used U-ship last May to haul a 228 seafarer from North Carolina to Ca. He hauled if on my trailer and it was right around $3000 and I can't say enough good things about the driver. I did get bids to have my boat and trailer hauled on a flatbed $5000 and up. All I can say is if they pull...
Wet sanding, that's about the only thing I haven't tried. Any idea what grit paper they use? I've bought so many products and different pads for the buffer but I just can't make it look pretty.
Success! It was good day. First off I want to thank you all. Diagnosing electrical issues for me is right up their with getting a double root canal. I have a tough time reading and understanding some of the replies I'm more of a show me once kind of person. So "JJMAG" lives in the next county...
