    2002 Express 330 with 900HP! (Not Mine)

I think that HP ratings are really based on the weight carrying capacity of the hull, based on current engines in production, rather than a power or speed calculation.

    Need some bow roller advise

Will the anchor work with your existing bow roller? That would be the simplest solution. Do you like your current anchor? Newer and shinier is not always better.

    Removing a bolster problems

Put a Phillips in the drain hole, find the screw head. Compress the foam at the bottom of the bolster with an upward motion, while lifting on the screwdriver handle to line it up.

    Recore underway

Are those blocks of wood, or did something else make the small imprint? I know the hatches are cored with wood blocks, but I thought the deck would be plywood.

Gulfstream Radio Box Clear Plastic Straps

Maybe they were installed, but not adjusted. Nothing coming out of the factory surprises me anymore. I am guessing they are friction hinges, with maybe a detent or two, to hold the door in position.

    Fin zinc

Zincs/anodes work by getting eaten up more easily than aluminum motors. That is their function, not to look good after several years. The reason the black one still looks as good as it does is because the coating is preventing it from doing its job. When you bottom paint, you don't paint anodes.

    Cracked Transom Recovery

Looks like bees' wax, sold by the small bucket for emergency plugging, or some people just carry the bees' wax toilet rings.

03 Yamaha 90 hp two stroke waterpump O-ring question.

Figured it out, it goes beneath the lower housing, which I did not replace. All back together and running yesterday. Thanks. I find SIM's search engine difficult.

Seacock extension handle / remote operation arm length

You'll have a hard time beating the design, and relatively low cost, of the original. https://thmarinesupplies.com/pages/search-results-page?q=seacock%20remote Bracket is extra, which takes a little of the shine away :( https://thmarinesupplies.com/products/seacock-arm-mounting-bracket-4-length

03 Yamaha 90 hp two stroke waterpump O-ring question.

Replacing the water pump on this engine. I have two replacement kits, both have an O-ring, 2 inches outside diameter. I do not see one upon removal of the old pump, nor do I see one looking at several pump replacements on YouTube. On some diagrams, I see one below the bottom plate, but I did not...

    Outboard motor fllush bag

I made one for my previous boat, out of that material that they use to waterproof shower floors. Triangular to use less water, 18" across the back, 24" back to front, 30" tall. Taped and bound seams. Pics are from the first trial, I ended up popping the cowl, and connecting 3 or 4 one foot...

Seacock extension handle / remote operation arm length

THMarine is the OEM source. When I bought my 2000 Seafarer three years ago, the yoke was not SS either, and had rusted off. They sent me a stainless replacement. If you just want to do it on the cheap, google clevis yoke, and there are plenty of sources and materials from companies like Grainger...

what to replace raw water washdown/livewell pump with?

Yes, no one is suggesting that you mount your wash down pump directly to the auxiliary port on your live well pump. Mount the WD pump on the inside of the transom, and connected the two with a piece of hose. Minimize your lift, and mount the pump vertically, with the motor on top. There should...

    Extra Bolster Fabric?

I will be in my 80s then, my two kids are already hoping that I will clean out three garages, rather than leave it for them to deal with my treasures.

    Extra Bolster Fabric?

Thanks guys. Brings me back to the reason I started this thread, asking if everyone had already done it, and had extra fabric left over. Started with $142 worth of roll and pleat, and ended up with $98 worth left over. That’s my 2nd cut. I have to recover my cabin cushions, maybe I’ll recover...

    Extra Bolster Fabric?

Finally cleared out enough space in the garage to set up some work tables, and knocked out my bolster recover. Replaced the 23 year old foam rubber with two layers of EVA, that I cut and glued together. Changed the original insert to a seam, to get the 90° corner. Started with a new box of 1000...

    center cap for steering wheel

Call GW CS at 252 752 2111, give your year and model, or HIN, and ask who was OEM for the wheel, then search by brand name. Or just ask GW if they have a part number, and order one from a dealer.

    Switch Panel

Yes, the push buttons are circuit breaker resets. You have four ACC switches, which are to add on accessory equipment. They may have power in, but there is probably not a wire on the spade connector which is power out. You can test that with a light.
