The rear seat on my 330 express seems to be bending a bit under pressure of some big fellas and big swells. Anyone else have is issue? Thinking of trying to reinforce the seat bottom this Fall/winder. Ay ideas or suggestions?

I would call A&J Canvas in Vanceboro NC (252-244-1509). The do all the canvas work for Grady. If your boat had enclosures once, they probably still have a template for your boat. Either way, they probably can offer the best price.

If i recall correctly, on average day heading offshore, we cruised around 27-30 knots burning about 22-23 GPH. At slower speed, we could get 18-20. But it all depends on conditions, wave action etc. max speed is 45 or so and you dont want to know what the burn rate is there only that i rarely...

Gulfcart - nice job on this. What are the other lines for? I guess I would need 3 on my 330 - generator, air and freezer plates in fish box. I think you show 4 lines.

10.7 beam on 305 vs. 9.5 beam on 27. I believe you need permits and a heavy truck that can handle the weight.

Express is 33 feet and marlin is 30. A lot more boat just like marlin is a lot more boat over sailfish. More fuel burn though cause it is heavier. No idea on folding seat.

Had 2000 OX66 225s and they ran great. Just had to keep up with maintenance - clean 02 sensors, change filters, vst filters, low pressure pumps and a few other things. Had some shaking on one which turned out to be a bad O2 sensor even though it tested fine. If they haven't been replaced...

Changed the impeller today in our Fisher Panda Generator on our 2006 Grady Express. What a hell of a job. Could they make this any harder with the location of the impeller and tiny space and small metric screws. We lost a few trying to get them back on. anyhow, A 7-12 inch extender and 9/16...

Went canyon fishing yesterday and burned about 185 gallons on a 180 mile round trip. Headsea entire way out and rough seas for part of say. We ran a little hard coming home...and I was getting 28-30 burning 32-34 GPH give or take. No idea on rpm.

Are you getting a spark? Have you checked ignition switch? Perhaps there is a fuse that tripped? Without more information, you're simply guessing which can be costly.
