It looks to me like it is resting on the trailer bunks OK and there is some clearance between the hull and the fenders. Like you, I would hope that they blocked under the boat trailer frame and used nylon straps over your aluminum frame rails. I couldn't tell if they used blocking or something...

If you put new flappers in the existing through hulls, you will see a big improvement in stopping in-flow from listing. The old ones get stiff and stop doing their job. I have never been a fan of check balls.
